Bistro TG is a sustainable restaurant, where integrity and authenticity are at the core of everything we do. Robert Kranenborg's knowledge is combined with accessible and popular dishes.

We strive for that elegant balance in the kitchen between authenticity and spontaneity. Whether it's a plate of grilled steak au poivre with classic French fries, Penne alla Vodka, a ramen noodle soup or a steak tomato. It's a collection of the best stories that end up on your table.

We select only the finest, natural and, where possible, locally sourced ingredients. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our trusted network of suppliers, who share our dedication to quality and natural ingredients.

We believe that the best food starts with the selection of the finest ingredients from the most reliable suppliers and well thought out, standardized and operational procedures. It is our commitment to consistently deliver the highest quality and taste in every dish we serve.

Bistro TG has two locations, one in Haarlem and one in Amsterdam. In Haarlem, Bistro TG is located on the Oude Groenmarkt, in the center of Haarlem. It has a large and sunny terrace and is fully covered and heated in the winter with heaters, wind screens and blankets. In Amsterdam, Bistro TG is located in the center of the Pijp, on the Gerard Doustraat. It has a small cozy terrace and is fully covered and heated in the winter with heaters and blankets. Both locations are open for lunch, dinner and drinks. Feel free to drop by or make a reservation.
